We would like to introduce you to the My Child At School (MCAS) app. MCAS is part of Bromcom, it is an electronic communication platform which links directly to our school data systems to ensure contact details are up to date and information is received quickly. It will allow you to view up to date information about your child whilst also receiving messages and notifications from us.

Instead of accessing many different websites, MCAS allows parents to manage everything in one place. Parents can:

• read messages sent from school and send messages to school
• view your child's attendance
• book and pay for your child's school meals
• pay for Kidz Biz sessions
• pay for school trips and visits
• book Friends of St Botolph's activities/events
• update parental consents
• update important information for your child
• book parents evening appointments
• view your child's end of year report

It is essential that any adult with parental responsibility for the child activates their account. The app is available for download from the Apple Store or Android Store (QR Codes are available below) There is also a desktop version which can be accessed via an internet browser.
